How low viscosity is ISO VG2?
ISO VG (Viscosity Grade) is an international standard indicating the viscosity of lubricating oil. VG2 is the lowest viscosity, and VG3200 is the highest viscosity.

For easier comparison:

Ultra-low viscosity bearing oil is just above water on the viscosity scale. It's thin enough to penetrate deep into bearings and light enough to minimize rotational resistance to almost zero.
This is not just "low viscosity." As a practical bearing oil, it's as thin as it can get.

Also ideal for RC cars

Ultra-low viscosity bearing oil was originally developed for Mini 4WD cars. It's for a world where bearings rotate at extreme speeds, and even the slightest resistance is unacceptable. Its performance translates directly to RC cars.

Why ultra-low viscosity works: High-viscosity oils offer cushioning and high protective performance. However, they also create resistance. For high-speed electric motors and precision bearings, ISO VG2 provides only the minimum protection needed. There is zero excess viscosity that would create resistance.
