配送方法

• ご注文いただいた商品は、当社指定の配送業者（ヤマト運輸 / 佐川急便 / 日本郵便 など）にてお届けいたします。
• 配送業者のご指定は承っておりません。

配送時期

• ご注文確定後(別途送金方法の場合は入金確認後)1〜7日以内に発送いたします。受注生産品などにつきましては各商品ページに発送時期を記載いたします。

配送料

• チェックアウト時に適応されます。基本送料は¥300(ゆうパケット)です。一部商品は¥750(クロネココンパクト)。

配送エリア

• 日本国内のみの配送となります。（海外発送は現在承っておりません）

配送に関する注意事項

• 配送日時のご指定は承っておりません。
• 天候や交通事情、配送業者の都合により、お届けが遅れる場合がございます。
• 長期ご不在等で商品をお受け取りいただけない場合、商品は返送されることがございます。その際の再発送費用はお客様負担となります。

We have resumed international shipping. However, due to the current global situation, delivery to some regions may be difficult.

Tracking: All international shipments include a tracking number.

Restricted Destinations: We may be unable to ship to countries or regions affected by conflict, political instability, or EMS service suspension by Japan Post. Please check the latest availability at:

Note on USA and Gulf Countries: Shipping to the USA and Middle East Gulf countries may currently be difficult due to the prevailing international situation.

Import Regulations: Import restrictions on lubricant products may apply in certain countries. It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify whether import is permitted before ordering. PLM LUBRICANTS accepts no responsibility for items returned, confiscated, or destroyed due to import regulations.

Customs & Import Duties: Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees at the destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.
